For those of you who are not familiar with Oh No Oh My Formerly Oh No! Oh My!, they are a four piece band from Austin, TX. The bands members are multi-instrumentalists: Greg Barkley, Tim Regan, Joel Calvin and Daniel Hoxmeier. They’ve been around since 2004 and used to be called The Jolly Rogers ( we were thinking of naming a band that, oh well…) Their recent LP is called People Problems and in our opinion its one of those albums you can listen to with your girlfriend and or boyfriend and forget about your troubles for the time being, or you can call the band members and discuss your personal problems! ( we don’t have the phone # though…) The style of the songs vary and are pretty much entertaining, although when we heard the lyrics in not the one we wanted to laugh and cry at the same time, go figure. All in all its a great album for the beginning of the year and hopefully they’ll keep busy and give us another surprise this year! be on the look out for tour dates.
