Twin Shadow “Five Seconds”

The long wait is almost over! On 6/10 Twin Shadow will be releasing his latest album via 4AD titled “Confess” and by the sounds of his latest track Five Seconds the Twin Shadow signature sound is all over it. According to George Lewis Jr the track Five Seconds was composed after a motorcycle accident he had with a friend. “As the bike slipped from under us my head filled with words. The slow motion moments of calm just after surprise and just before regret are bliss. I remember in that moment I wanted to say everything to him. How could I say everything in a split second? How could I bury my words in his heart?” With words like this coming from GLJ you know you’re in for a treat when you hit that play button. Enjoy.
