Born in New Jersey and from Cuban parents, Armando aka Mr. Feathers, has been making electronic music since 1994. Married for eight years now, Mr. Feathers amuses his wife from Spain, by making a lot of strange noises around the house, that he will later use to make his own music.
He started DJ’ing in 1988 in a private school at age of 13, playing slow jams to make the kids dance close. In 2011 Mr. Feathers released Galactic Trinity, his first record. On May 5th of 2012 he released Knife Cream Sundae, inspired by the long Sundays he would spend chopping up sound-waves and editing music.
Both albums were released through Triangle Earth Records, a label created by his good friend Otto Von Schirach, who sometimes joins him to DJ together as Triangle Tag Team.
Both albums are pretty unique, I don’t make music like other people. I do what ever sounds right to me. High pitched vocals and bass drops from outer space is the way I love to do my sounds.
