Red Channels is a Miami-based band formed by Javier, Michael and Ella.
Javier and Michael met each other in Elementary School and have been best friends ever since. Ella came into the picture in 2009, when Michael saw her walking down Collins Avenue on Miami Beach.
Consequently their relationship ended and Ella went away to travel around the world by herself.
It wasn’t until 2012 when Ella came back that Javier and Michael decided to start their new band.
Red Channels released their first EP Blinded By The Sound this past May. A four track recording filled with Alternative, Chill and Electronic sounds. Red Channels has only been around for a few months, but they’re making their way through the Miami Music Scene by playing at different venues, such as Mamaushka, Bardot and Sweat Records, just to name a few.
On our first EP we tried to channel the vibes we get from our surroundings, as well as dreams, desires and nostalgia.
