Swamp Stomp 2013

Hey everyone get ready for Swamp Stomp 2013!  Hosted at Tobacco Road, this year’s festival is already making us itch with just the lineup.  With headliners Fishbone and Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds, along with at least 20 amazing local acts, Swamp Stomp is where everyone needs to be.  And, not only is there just great music going on, but also a live painting and a chill vibe.

Originating back in 2007, Swamp Stomp has grown into one of Miami’s greatest independent music festivals, and, according to Swamp Stomp’s history page: “Swamp Stomp began as a backyard barbecue in 2007 with a bunch of bands and friends. In the last year, attendance has increased to almost 2,000 people, ranging from College students, hipsters and hippies to local music lovers and jazz heads. The promoters of the festival pride themselves in creating a diverse and eclectic range of music from all across the sonic spectrum.”

There it is folks, so on come over to Tobacco Road February 16th and be a part of Miami independent music history, can’t wait to see you there.
