You can delete your Jolt Radio account and personal data in two ways:
- In the app (fastest): open the Jolt Radio app and go to Settings → Delete Account. Your account is deleted right away.
- Using the form below: if you no longer have the app installed or prefer the web, submit a request and we will process it within 30 days.
Before you delete: if you have an active paid membership, please cancel it first from your account page so you are not billed again.
Deleted
- Your account (username, email address, password)
- Profile settings and preferences
- Followed hosts, saved shows, and saved tracks
- Content you submitted (events, shows, mixes) tied to your account
- Push-notification device tokens
- Linked sign-in connections (Sign in with Apple / Google)
Briefly retained
- Payment and transaction records held by our payment processor (Stripe) where we are legally required to retain them for tax and accounting purposes.
- Limited security and abuse-prevention logs, kept only as long as needed and then deleted.
